පාස්කු ප්‍රහාරයට අදට මාස 9යක් ගෙවී ඇත. ප්‍රහාරකයින්ව, ඔවුන්ගේ සහයකයින්ව, තොරතුරු ලැබී තිබියදීත් මෙම ප්‍රහාරය වලක්වා නොගත් රජයේ බලධාරීන්ව, පොලීසියේ, හමුදාවේ සහ බුද්ධි අංශ නිලධාරීන්ව නීතිය ඉදිරියට පමුණුවා යුක්තිය ඉටුකිරීමට ශ්‍රී ලංකාව තවමත් අසමත්ව ඇත.
රාජ්‍යක් ලෙස සුළු ජන කොටස්වල ආරක්ෂාව තහවුරු කිරීමට මෙන්ම විවිධාකාර හිංසනයන්ට ලක්ව සිටින එකී ජනයා කෙරෙහි අවශ්‍ය අවධානය යොමුකොට, යුක්තිය ඉටුකර, ඔවුන්ට අවැසි ගරුත්වය ලබාදීමට ශ්‍රී ලංකාව අසමත්ව ඇත.
රටේ පැවති පාලන ආධිකාරී තුලින් මෙන්ම වත්මන් පාලන අධිකාරියෙන්ද ඒ සම්බන්ධයෙන් නිසි උනන්දුවක් නැත.
සියල්ල අපේ මතකයේ රැදී තිබේ, යුක්තිය වෙනුවෙන් අපි දිගින් දිගටම හඩ නගන්නෙමු.

Nine months after the Easter Sunday attack, Sri Lanka has still failed to bring the attackers, their associates, government officials, police, military and intelligence officers who did not prevent it from happening, to the judicial process. Justice has not been done.
As a state, Sri Lanka has continued to fail to protect, prove their genuine concern and respect to the minority communities who have been victims of various atrocities of the country.
Neither past nor the current regime has shown no real interest on this regard.
But we won't forget, we will continue to stand for justice.
